PennSEL addresses the need for informed, confident leaders who can guide lasting instructional change. It builds the local expertise and professional networks needed to move new standards from policy into classrooms.

Engage at least 170 educators and leaders in STEELS-focused professional learning and leadership development.
Maintain at least 90% participant agreement that PennSEL learning increases useful knowledge, skills, or confidence for STEELS implementation.
Document at least one practical STEELS implementation action or resource from each supported cohort.
